Circular slitter knives are used in rotary slitting machines to cut continuous rolls of material into narrower widths. We manufacture these in various diameters, thicknesses, and bore sizes, with beveled or straight-edge profiles depending on the application. Ideal for paper, film, foil, and non-woven fabric slitting.

Crush Cut Slitter Knives

Crush cut blades work in combination with a rubber anvil roller to cut soft, compressible materials such as foam, sponge, and non-woven textiles. Our crush cut slitter knives are precision-ground for tight tolerances and consistent cutting pressure.

Shear Cut Slitter Knives (Top & Bottom Blades)

Used in conjunction with a mating bottom blade, shear cut slitter knives provide clean, burr-free cuts on metallic foils, plastic films, laminates, and coated papers. We manufacture both the upper circular knife and the lower scored knife as a matched pair for optimum shearing performance.

Razor / Razor-in-Holder Blades

For ultra-thin films and precision slitting applications, we supply razor-type slitter blades in standard and custom sizes. These offer extremely fine cutting edges and are commonly used in BOPP film, PET film, and specialty packaging slitting lines.

Perforating & Scoring Knives

Beyond straight slitting, we also manufacture perforating knives for creating tear lines and scoring blades for fold-line applications in packaging, label, and corrugated board converting industries.

Custom Profile Slitter Knives

We accept customer drawings and samples to manufacture special-profile slitter knives in non-standard sizes, stepped profiles, or multi-bevel geometries to match your existing slitting machine tooling.
