V-Belt Pulleys (V-Groove Pulleys)

V-belt pulleys are the most widely used power transmission pulleys in industrial machinery, pumps, compressors, fans, and agricultural equipment. We manufacture V-belt pulleys conforming to IS 1370 and equivalent international standards in all standard groove profiles, across single, double, triple, and multi-groove configurations. Available in cast iron (CI) and fabricated steel, with plain bore, keyway bore, or taper lock designs to suit your shaft mounting preference.

Taper Lock V-Belt Pulleys

Taper lock pulleys use a precision taper bush system for fast, accurate, and concentric mounting on shafts. The taper bush eliminates the need for machining the pulley bore on-site and allows quick removal and repositioning during maintenance. We supply taper lock V-belt pulleys compatible with all standard taper bush series (1008 through 5050) and all standard V-belt groove profiles. These are especially popular in plants requiring frequent belt or pulley changes.

Flat Belt Pulleys

Flat belt pulleys are used in drives where a flat transmission belt is preferred, such as in textile machinery, printing machines, woodworking equipment, and line shafting applications. Our flat belt pulleys are precision-turned with a slight crown (convexity) on the face to keep the belt centred during operation. Available in cast iron and mild steel, with plain bore or keyway bore, in a wide range of face widths and diameters.

Timing Pulleys (Toothed Pulleys)

Timing pulleys work in conjunction with toothed synchronous belts to provide positive, slip-free power transmission with precise speed ratios. We manufacture timing pulleys in various profiles to match standard timing belt widths. Applications include CNC machines, packaging equipment, printing machines, robotics, and any drive where precise synchronisation is required.

Conveyor Drive & Bend Pulleys

Conveyor pulleys are the critical end-mounted and intermediate components of belt conveyor systems. We manufacture drive pulleys (head pulleys), tail pulleys, bend pulleys, take-up pulleys, and snub pulleys for belt conveyor systems across a range of belt widths from 300mm to 1800mm and beyond. Each pulley is precision-turned, dynamically balanced, and available with plain steel, rubber-lagged, or ceramic-lagged shell surfaces to suit the belt grip and wear requirements of your conveyor application.

Rubber lagging is available in smooth, diamond, and chevron profiles, and in plain natural rubber, wear-resistant rubber, and heat-resistant rubber grades to match operating conditions.

Wire Rope Pulleys (Sheaves)

Wire rope pulleys, also known as sheaves, are used in crane systems, hoists, lifting equipment, and cable-driven machinery. We manufacture grooved wire rope sheaves in cast iron and steel with machined rope groove profiles sized to match the wire rope diameter, ensuring smooth rope movement and minimum rope wear. Available as fixed sheaves for mounting on shafts or axles, and as hook-block sheave assemblies for crane and hoist applications.

Step Cone Pulleys

Step cone pulleys provide multiple speed ratios from a single drive by moving the belt from one step to another. They are commonly used in drill press machines, lathes, and other machine tools where variable speed selection is required without electronic speed control. We manufacture step cone pulleys in 2, 3, 4, and 5-step configurations in cast iron and mild steel.

Custom & Non-Standard Pulleys

For applications requiring non-standard diameters, face widths, groove profiles, special bore arrangements, or unusual materials, we manufacture fully custom pulleys to customer drawings or samples. Our CNC turning capability allows us to produce pulleys from small precision components up to large-diameter conveyor pulleys, all machined to the specified tolerances and surface finish.
