Our manufacturing facility is equipped with CNC turning centers, VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), wire-cut EDM, laser cutting machines, and surface grinding equipment, enabling us to deliver components with tight tolerances, excellent surface finish, and consistent quality across both prototype and high-volume production runs.

CNC Turning & Milling
Our CNC turning and milling services cover a wide variety of rotational and prismatic components including shafts, bushes, flanges, housings, brackets, and custom-profile parts. Multi-axis CNC machining allows us to produce complex geometries in a single setup, reducing errors and improving dimensional consistency. We hold tolerances up to IT6 grade and achieve surface finishes of Ra 0.8 µm and better.
VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machining
For components requiring precise flat faces, pockets, slots, bores, and contoured profiles, our VMC machining services deliver high accuracy and repeatability. Suitable for tooling plates, machine bases, brackets, gear blanks, and any component requiring precise multi-face machining.
Wire Cut EDM
Wire-cut EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) allows us to cut hardened steel and complex profiles with extreme precision, ideal for punch and die sets, templates, keyways, and intricate profiles that cannot be achieved by conventional cutting. We achieve cutting accuracies of ±0.005mm with excellent edge quality.
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services handle sheet metal cutting, profiling, and fabrication of flat components in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Laser cutting delivers clean edges, tight dimensional accuracy, and fast turnaround for both prototype and production quantities.
Surface Grinding & Finishing
We offer surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and centreless grinding services for precision flat, cylindrical, and complex surfaces. Post-grinding surface treatments such as black oxide, electroplating, phosphating, and hard chrome coating are also available to enhance wear resistance and corrosion protection.
